Wow! Thank you all so much for making Starfall Academy Year Three happen! This was our first time using a crowdfunding platform like this, so thank you all for your patience and enthusiasm.
A few housekeeping things need to happen as we move forward. Here's a quick rundown of what to expect:
First, Kickstarter needs to charge you all as the campaign successfully funded. This can take up to 2 weeks. Please be patient as we wait for that to happen!
Second, we’ll need some information about you all. We’ll send out the first BackerKit survey to your email to collect this information. We’ll give you a heads-up on Kickstarter, Facebook and Discord before we send the survey so that you can watch for it.
Expect the first survey to have questions like: Who are you? Are you an initiate or returning player? What character do you play? Questions related to particular add-ons such as: What sect are you in? What sect swag bag would you like? If your pledge covers tickets for more than one person, we'll also need contact info for the rest of your party.
We understand that some of these questions are going to be repetitive, but we want to ensure that we make sure that everything is correct!
You do not need to create a BackerKit account to answer your survey. The invitation email will have a link to your personal survey. It is important to submit your responses on or before April 6th since we need this information for the Second Survey which is focused on your play experience for Year Three.
If you need to change your survey responses, purchase add-on items (A reminder that the only new add-on item is the Linen package for your room), or update your shipping information, you can click the link in your survey email again or request your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page. (This page will only start working after we send the surveys out.)
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey link is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact us to let us know.
